Gerlinde Theunissen

Gerlinde Theunissen is a Doctoal Researcher at the Cluster of Excellence "The Politics of Inequality" and a PhD student at the Graduate School of Decision Sciences (GSDS). She holds a Master of Public Policy, Political Economy and Development from Erasmus Rotterdam University's Institute of Social Science (ISS), the Central European University (CEU) and from the Institute of International Studies in Barcelona (IBEI) and a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Konstanz.

Her research interests include local contextual effects, spatial analyses, and citizens’ political opinions and behaviour. Her contact Principle Investigator at the Cluster is Nils Weidmann from the Political Science department.
