In_equality magazine
In_equality magazine is the Cluster's bi-annual research magazine and combines scientific standards with the accessibility and slick design of a general-interest magazine for the wider public.
It is a general consensus that massive disparities in opportunities exist within our education system; there are some ideas for change; however, demonstrably successful measures are few. Therefore, we conduct numerous research projects on social mobility, meritocracy, the promise of advancement and educational inequalities: How are their extent and causes perceived? What consequences does this have for the acceptance of the education system? And what are the effects on political attitudes and participation? In the current issue of the In_equality magazine, we provide an insight into our research on the topic: "(In)equality of Opportunities".
