Facilities

The Centre for the Advanced Study of Collective Behaviour is located primarily at the University of Konstanz. We have a range of facilities onsite for behavioural research with animals and human subjects (eg Lakelab and SurveyLAB) as well as a core computational facility providing technical platforms and support for collective behaviour research (CCU). The centrepiece of our research facilities is the Centre for Visual Computing of Collectives (opened in 2021). It provides world-class infrastructure on 8 floors with over 3000 square meters of research facilities.
