The child care centre currently provides space for children between the ages of six months and six years whose parents work or study at the University of Konstanz. Additionally, they offer sevices for after-hours, Saturdays, short and long-term, and emergency care.

Partners of newly-appointed researchers can receive assistance with their own job search by the university's Dual Career Service.

To enable women to pursue a successful career path, we implement a range of measures administered by the university’s Equal Opportunity Office. Resources are available for career-enhancing programs that include mentoring, training, and financial support. 

There are many platforms for females in science where women can connect and work together to promote equal opportunities in all research disciplines, advocate for gender equity, and achieve full participation and advancement of women in science.
